...but 'ruthless' means cruel, merciless, without compassion...
...and it's also what my dad called my mom - truly his term of endearment for her, Ruth. aka Ruthless. She was ruthless in her care, focus, and pursuit of our family - dedicated and determined to love us and show us Jesus.
My last decade has been a journey of grief and it has taken me years to be here, at this point, where I am able to share my story with my hope to inspire others that there can be light after loss and grief.
The hope I have - is from Jesus, because of Jesus - and it only came to me when I chose, not all by my own choice, but what my life turns became - I brutally chose to surrender to it, to claim and cling to it, giving myself over to it - chaining myself to my Fortress, Jesus, to become a prisoner of Hope, His hope

My Hope
My hope is that sharing my story of grief, loss, and hope - will have an impact on even one person.
After all that I have been through, I want to share my story, my experience. Humbly, I am not a certified 'anything', but have walked these roads of sadness, and want to be a safe place for others who are experiencing this firsthand. It is loss like none other, to experience grief. And alongside this, my journey with Jesus - who is truly the only absolute hope we have in this life.

Resources
Ok, I am not a certified anything... I have lived though some "stuff" and can share my experiences but our resources page has some links to helpful information.
I have personally been involved in the Griefshare program at my church and would recommend that based on my personal experience with it and seeing what it has done for people that attend.
